Sounds gross, looks good. When you want to give the look of fuller lips, ditch lining outside of your lips. That just looks too fake. Instead, use lipstick or your regular gloss over your entire lip. Then "line" your lips with clear gloss so that it just barely goes outside the lip line. I love Clear Lip Glass from Mac.
