Miss M - Lavish Boudoir - Miami Beach
Happy Friday! It's been a while since I posted, but it's because I was waiting to post these gorgeous pictures of Miss M. Her shoot was actually last summer, but I forgot to get the model release signed at the time and just now got around to it. M and I have known each other for years and I was dying to get her in front of the camera. She's a total babe and it was such a privilege to work with a friend.
Miss A - Beauty by Lavish Boudoir
You may recognize A from a previous post. Here's why. My husband introduced me a while back to a friend of his who is an aspiring photographer. This man is an absolutely outstanding landscape photographer, but he wants to learn a bit more about portrait photography. I asked if he'd like to join me for a shoot to see how I do things. Miss A was so much fun to shoot the first time and I knew that she would be comfortable having two photographers working at the same time. She was brilliant. We all had a great time and captured some really great photos. I even pushed myself by trying some more dramatic lighting. If the other photographer chooses to share some of his, I'll link it here. In the meantime, thank you A for being such a good sport and beautiful model. You rock!
Lavish Boudoir - Makeovers Before & After
Remember back in the day when Oprah wasn't an empire, but just entertaining afternoon TV? Jenny Jones and Ricki Lake? I would park my jr. high butt at the kitchen counter with a snack and just LOVED watching those shows... the makeover episodes in particular. There is something so amazing about the transformation from average woman (or from over-the-top horrendous) to stunning beauty. It's not just the glamour, it's the strut in her step and the twinkle in her eyes.
